Our editorial team, led by Oscar Wrenn, has a strong understanding of the Japanese agricultural sector, having years of experience not only talking and visiting growers around Japan, but deep, hands-on experience of the day-to-day realities of farming in Japan. We aim to make the most of this knowledge to bring you not only varied and up-to-date information on the Japanese mushroom sector, but also important and interesting articles and perspectives from the other sectors that intersect in fungi, whether academic articles, visits to suppliers or manufacturers for mushroom growers, or other related information.
